We are looking for an experienced & talented VFX supervisor to join us & be a part of our many more upcoming & exciting top-notch projects, as well be a part of this “Hall of Fame”.


Responsibilities:

PRE-PRODUCTION:

• Prepare the visual effects production breakdown;
• Participate in pre-production meetings;
• Anticipate problems and present solutions adapted to time and budget constraints;
• Recruit and manage pre-production teams, if necessary;

FILMING:
Supervise the filming of VFX sequences: retrieve filming information, oversee the necessary on-set installations for the filming of sequences;

POST-PRODUCTION:

• Manage the show teams during the production cycle of any given show by enabling them to achieve the director’s vision;
• Final approver for the creative content from the studio side;
• Maintain communications between the Director and the artistsproduction team;
• Support the coordination team in order to maintain the pipeline’s efficiency and allow the artists and TDs to achieve their production objectives and deadlines;
• Identify additional tools necessary for production; find and develop solutions in collaboration with the technology teams;
• Monitor technological developments;

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of work experience as a VFX supervisor in a film production environment or visual effects;
• Must have worked on at least 4 to 5 Bollywood/Hollywood movies in the capacity of VFX Supervisor
• Extensive knowledge of VFX production and CG pipelines;
• Thorough understanding of film production and on-set experience;
• Experience with training and supervision of VFX artists;
• Knowledge of an asset manager such as SHOTGUN is a plus;
• Knowledge of various 2D/3D software (Maya, Nuke,Houdini etc.) is a plus;
• Excellent organisational and communication skills;
• Excellent project management skills;
• Ability to supervise and assign tasks to a VFX team;
• Must be attentive to the production team, the other supervisors and the coordinators;
• Must be willing and able to travel;
• Showreel is must for the movies worked as VFX Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Design, automate, test and maintain tools to extend and enhance the pipeline
• Collaborate with supervisors and leads to ensure a smooth and efficient work process
• Provide support for artists in learning and using the pipeline
• Live demonstration and thorough documentation for tools and developments
• Ongoing research to recommend improvements to workflows in order to improve productivity

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in CG and VFX industry
• Knowledge of Maya, Nuke and Python is required, Houdini, 3ds Max and shotgun is a plus
• Experience of working in AR / VR projects and App development will be a plus
• Understanding of the entire CG / VFX production process from asset creation to the final edit
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• The ability to prioritize production requirements
• A general understanding of networking and performance issues that arise with automated tools

This Artist plays a very significant role to meet all creative and technical challenges.

This person must be technically sound and must come with a vision to contribute in improving our pipeline. He should be keen in creating project specific CG work flow on the fly.

The candidate should be highly confident, disciplined, self-motivated and focused.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high end rigs with special emphasis on realistic facial and muscle system
• Build in-house rigging systems and specific tools to atomize the processes
• Maintain rigging flow and provide technical supports to other departments
• Plan and execute the project specific technical challenges in conjunction with project supervisor
• Independently analyse the scope of work for accurately biding man-days and execute it effectively

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in feature film/VFX/game cinematic production as a rigging artist
• Extensive Knowledge of Maya
• Proficiency in creating tools in Python and Mel
• Knowledge of mocap retargeting, Maya API, C++ skills are a plus
• Excellent understanding of current CG / VFX production pipelines from asset build to shot production
• Capable of creating CG work flows and to make timely, well-thought out decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Strong interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with other departments
• Self-motivated, strong communication skills and a team-player

Our Creative team is responsible for successfully executing the multifarious CGI and VFX projects for leading clients.

Responsibilities:

• Create high end rigs with special emphasis on realistic facial and muscle system
• Maintain rigs and provide technical supports in animation, simulation and dynamics
• Troubleshoot on floor rigging issues

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in feature film/VFX/game cinematic production as a rigging artist
• Extensive Knowledge of Maya
• Python and Mel scripting are a plus
• Understanding of current CG / VFX production pipelines from asset build to shot production
• Capable of creating CG work flows
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with other departments
• Self-motivated, strong communication skills and a team-player

Our Creative team is responsible for successfully executing the multifarious CGI and VFX projects for leading clients.

Responsibilities:

• Hair and Foliage creation, Cloth, Hair and Muscle Simulation
• Work closely with CG Supervisors to determine best approach to solve 3D challenges for the shot
• Contribute in developing and maintaining Cloth, Hair and Foliage work flows
• Troubleshoot Simulation, lighting and rendering issues in tight deadline
• Independently analyse the scope of work for accurately biding man-days and execute it effectively

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in feature film/VFX/game cinematic production
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of Maya, XGen, Shave&HairCut. PaintEffects, nCloth, nHair and Qualoth
• Experience in lighting, shading and look development of Hair and Foliage
• Working Knowledge of Tree building and Cloth generating software is a plus
• Understanding of current CG / VFX production pipelines
• Able to take direction and be willing to address constructive feedback
• Capable to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Eager to adapt, learn and implement the latest technological advancements lighting
• Self-motivated, strong communication skills and a team-player

Our Artists are responsible creating a variety of 3D effects for advertising and digital projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create high end textures for characters and environmental assets
• Create efficient UVs with UDIM workflow
• Coordinate with leads and look development team to achieve quality output

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as Texturing artist
• Knowledge of Maya, Zbrush, Mudbox, Mari, Photoshop, Arnold render
• Shading and painting skills with good sense of colours to generate quality renders
• Understanding of current CG / VFX production pipelines with a focus on Texrturing, lighting and FX
• Coordinate with leads and supervisors for the smooth flow of the assets
• Eager to adapt and learn the latest technological advancements in Texturing
• Self-motivated, strong communication skills and a team-player
